2025 Holiday emails and animations now
available
We are excited to announce the release of our 2025 holiday
email templates! This year, we have streamlined our collection
to feature two versatile designs that are applicable to all
eight of our brands. Choose your preferred image and send via
Outlook or Eloqua/Eloqua Engage. Additionally, we are offering
an animation in a widescreen (1920x1080) format.
The holidays present a special opportunity to thank those who
have chosen IQVIA in their pursuit of innovation. This year, we
are happy to offer new holiday emails and short videos for use
on your personal LinkedIn feeds.

Support sales action: Provide clear
campaign descriptions
In the ongoing effort to improve the MQL-to-SQL
conversion rate, the functionality and use of the Campaign
Description field on the request forms is being
enhanced and expanded so that it syncs to every MQL, not just
the campaign.
This allows Sales to quickly view key campaign
information, so it’s essential to make it relevant and easily
understood. Marketing and Sales have collaborated on a standard
format for marketers to use. When submitting a request, include
a concise (up to 255 characters) description that clearly
states the channel type, topic or offer, target audience, and
campaign intention. Use clear, standard abbreviations, avoid
unfamiliar jargon or acronyms, and focus on what Sales needs to
know to take action. Please use the following formula:
[Channel Type] - [Topic/Offer] for [Audience]; Lead engaged via
[Action].
The Campaign Code Only
Request Form also includes a link to the
documentation so that you can easily find it later. Please
note, old campaigns and MQLs may not have a campaign
description. New campaigns and MQLs created since November will
have the update.
